To bulk add tags to Prospects:

  1. Go to Prospects in the left navigation panel
  2. Use search fields and/or Filter options to locate the intended Prospects
  3. Bulk Select Prospects via the "Select All" box  
  4. Click Tags in the top action buttons
  5. Choose the preferred tag by clicking the + sign to the right of the specified tag OR create a new one buy entering the new keyword into the box 
  6. Close the window and continue any additional actions
