To unarchive a Prospects in bulk:
- Go to Prospects in the left navigation panel
- Select the Filter button to the right side
- Adjust the toggle to "Archived" - be sure to include any additional applicable filters
- Apply
Your list of archived Prospects will now be available to update.
- Click the top left box to select all Prospects under the given criteria
- Please note that Prospects can be individually unselected as desired.
- A selection confirmation is displayed just below the action buttons and above your Prospect list.
- Select "Unarchive" in the top action buttons
Once you have updated the desired Prospects, you can readjust the toggle and continue your next steps.
