Grouping Templates and Sequences into Folders

  1. Visual Grouping:

    • Templates and sequences will now be visually grouped by the folder they are assigned to. This helps you quickly identify and manage your content.
  2. Assigning to Folders:

    • On any sequence or template, click the “Change Folder” button.
    • You can either assign the item to a new folder or an existing one:
      • New Folder: Simply type the name of the new folder you want to create.
      • Existing Folder: Select the folder from the dropdown list of existing folders.
  3. Creating a New Folder:

    • Type the name of the new folder in the input field.
    • Upon saving, the new folder will be created and your sequence or template will be assigned to it.
  4. Selecting an Existing Folder:

    • From the dropdown list, choose the existing folder where you want to place your sequence or template.
  5. Folder Name Inclusion:

    • When adding Prospects to sequences or selecting templates, the folder name will be included in the selection process, making it easier to choose the correct items.
