Grouping Templates and Sequences into Folders
Visual Grouping:
- Templates and sequences will now be visually grouped by the folder they are assigned to. This helps you quickly identify and manage your content.
Assigning to Folders:
- On any sequence or template, click the “Change Folder” button.
- You can either assign the item to a new folder or an existing one:
- New Folder: Simply type the name of the new folder you want to create.
- Existing Folder: Select the folder from the dropdown list of existing folders.
Creating a New Folder:
- Type the name of the new folder in the input field.
- Upon saving, the new folder will be created and your sequence or template will be assigned to it.
Selecting an Existing Folder:
- From the dropdown list, choose the existing folder where you want to place your sequence or template.
Folder Name Inclusion:
- When adding Prospects to sequences or selecting templates, the folder name will be included in the selection process, making it easier to choose the correct items.
