LinkedIn limits its members to 1000 pending connections. To ensure you remain under this limit, Pending Connections can be managed through Esferas or through LinkedIn directly: 

  1. Go to Pending Connections in the left navigation panel
  2. Click the link to view all pending requests in the informational banner
  3. Your LinkedIn "Manage invitations" page will open in a new tab
  4. Each member profile can then be viewed and the connection request withdrawn by clicking the Withdraw button to the right of the LinkedIn member's details
