To assign Prospects to Action Sequences:
- Go to Prospects in the left navigation panel
- Click Filter
- Filter applicable Prospects, including "No Sequence Assigned"
- Apply
- Select Prospects
- Prospects can be selected individually or in bulk by checking the boxes to the left of each Prospect or by checking the check box at the top of your Prospect list
- Prospects can be selected individually or in bulk by checking the boxes to the left of each Prospect or by checking the check box at the top of your Prospect list
- Click Assign to Sequence from the action buttons
- Choose the Action Sequence
- Add Prospects
*Please note that Prospects can only be assigned to one Active or Paused Sequence at a time. This restriction helps ensure messages are unique and prevents Prospects from receiving multiple Message Templates and/or Connection Requests.
