A Paused Action Sequence means that action items for the sequence will not be processed and new items will not be added to the Action Queue.


To Pause an Action Sequence:

  1. Go to Action Sequence in the left navigation panel
  2. Click Edit under the Action Sequence you would like to cancel
  3. Choose Pause from the sequence options at the bottom of the screen
  4. Confirm if you would like to cancel the sequence
**Paused Action Sequences can be reactivated anytime by following the same steps editing an Action Sequences and choosing Reactivate Sequence.
