To Edit an Action Sequence:

  1. Go to Action Sequence in the left navigation panel
  2. Click Edit under the Action Sequence you would like to change
  3. Update the sequence fields*
  4. Save Changes


*Do not modify existing Action Sequences steps that are in progress or have assigned prospects. Re-ordering or changing steps while the sequence is in progress may result in unexpected behavior. However, steps can be added to an Action Sequence as needed.
