To Clone an Action Sequence:

  1. Go to Action Sequence in the left navigation panel
  2. Click Edit under the Action Sequence you would like to Clone
  3. Update the description or name in the "Name" field
  4. Update the Priority for this sequence
  5. Make any necessary changes to the action fields
    • Choose the Action from the drop down list
    • Select one of your designed Message Templates (not available for "Visit" actions)
    • Determine if you would like a Delay to occur between each step (anywhere from 0 to 60 days)
  6. Save Changes
