Action Sequences are a set of actions that you use to visit, connect, and follow-up with your Prospects on a predetermined timeline using your designed Message Templates. 


The first action can be executed immediately or delayed from the time you assign a Prospect to the sequence. 


Each sequence can be configured with up to 5 actions. 


Delays are determined in one of two ways:

  1. The delay will be computed from when the previous step was completed; Or,
  2. If the previous step was a Connection Request, the delay will be computed from the time the Prospect accepts the connection.

There are 3 priority levels that determine when an Action Sequence takes place in relation to??

  • Low
  • Normal
  • High


There are 3 Actions that can be used when creating Action Sequences:

  • Visit - View a Prospect's LinkedIn Profile
  • Connect - Send a connection request using a customized introduction from your Message Templates
  • Message - Utilize your customized Message Templates to send tailored messages to Prospects
