Message Replacements are dynamic fields that help automate bulk messaging while maintaining a personalized touch to each message and tailoring the message for a given Prospect. They are used when creating Message Templates to automatically pull in a Prospects First Name, Last Name, Title, Occupation, and/or Company Name.
